My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2023
Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Most of my family is still ill, so I spent my day taking care of them. The only kid that's healthy, my daughter number 2, was very helpful. She was fetching stuff for her brothers and sister, passing them tissues, cups of tea and stuff like that. She really got into her role as a butler.
Later in the day two of us went on a walk and did some shopping along the way, got some fruit and veggies for vitamin bombs we planned on making for our patients at home. We had no time to waste so we hurried back home.
Our youngest kid, only 7-months old, also the longest one ill, really had it bad. He couldn't sleep all day because of his cough, which was getting worse. And it was real bad if he was lying down, so we had to keep him vertical in order to ease his cough, which meant I had to carry him all day. It's not that easy as you might think, I had to switch hands without waking him up, and at the same time do all the everyday stuff with other hand. Of course, I couldn't just sit down because that wakes him up, so I had to walk around the house with him. That's where most of my steps of the day came from.
I really hope tomorrow will be better because I'm beat.
