낮에는 뜨겁네.
오늘은 새벽운동을 모의고사 했더니 걸음수가 한참이나 모자른데. 내일부터 다시 열심히.
2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
이제까지 계획대로 걷기는 잘했지만 체중 감량은 잘 안되네요.
새로운 수단을 강구해서 체중감량을 다시 시도해야겠네요.
