Gestern war ein ruhiger, bodenständiger Tag: Ich war mit dem Hund draußen unterwegs, frische Luft, Bewegung und ein klarer Kopf – genau das, was man manchmal braucht. Danach habe ich mir einen Obstsalat gemacht, simpel, aber gut, und irgendwie passte das perfekt zum Tag. Jetzt bleibt nur die leise Hoffnung, dass der Vorrat bis Silvester reicht und ich nicht doch nochmal einkaufen muss.
