Nice 8 km Walk - My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2020

Hi Actifitters!

I'm again late with my Actifit report... But, just a couple of hours... So, yesterday was Tuesday (I had to check out on the calendar... lol) and was an again crazy day in online space...

It looks that this craziness in the Matrix is making me work more than ever on my online businesses... I have to admit that I don't remember the time when I was working more than now...

But, I have managed to organize my time to get outside my home... The weather is beautiful, but the problem is that it's almost impossible to go outside during the day as it's too hot... So, every evening I go to my walks in nature and far from the "city noise", which has a therapeutic effect on me...

Yesterday I went to an 8+km walk and it was awesome... Yes, I was all in sweat, but it was great to walk in nature... I have taken a couple of photos... See you in the next report!

I can understand not wanting to go out in the heat! We did our @actifit yesterday early in the morning to beat the heat! Stay cool and congrats on today's very good steps!
