Duck Attack - My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2020

Hi Actifitters!

Today was a festive day here in the Valencian Community, so nobody was working, which means that there were a lot of people by the seaside, restaurants, in nature, and of course, in the gym... :)

I got up a bit later today, and almost took a gym-free day, but, in the end, decided to go with my son around 11 AM... That was the latest hour that we have ever gone... And it was probably the last time that we went... lol... There were a lot of people inside, the air conditioner didn't work, and the sun was heating the gym through glass windows...

As I didn't sleep too much the last night, I was extremely tired after the gym, so lunch was earlier... Just to have more time for the afternoon nap... and, oh boy... It was a long nap... lol... I think that I slept for around 2 hours, but my body needed that... After I got up, I have checked some news around the new D.Tube rewards system (no, I still don't understand it well... lol...), and I will probably follow things around it in the next couple of days...

Later in the afternoon, I went for a walk on the small river sides... If you have followed my Actifit reports or some of my vlogs on my main account (@ph1102), you will recognize the scenery from the photos... The sky is always beautiful in those hours, and it's so peaceful to walk around...
