Over 20K Steps! - My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2021
Hi Actifitters!
I had many plans for this Saturday, but somehow it had 24 hours like any other day, so some of them didn't get accomplished... Anyways, overall, considering that I'm still on vacation, it was OK... Oh, that nice excuse... The easiest way is to find one... or two... :)
Yesterday (Saturday), the first thing to visit was the "collectors meeting", which was a kind of exhibition of stamps, old money, postcards, etc. from private collections... The most interesting part was checking paper money and coins from different parts of the world, but also some awesome ones from 100 or more years ago...
After that, I have gone to the neighboring town to another exhibition/market, but this time it was about comic books... After buying some, we went to the town center where I took most of these photos that you can see in the report... Checking out a great Spanish restaurant on the shore of a narrow river/channel and eating there, was another nice experience...
After so many morning activities, I had a nice 1-2 hour siesta in the afternoon... Later in the evening, I went to the town to meet another friend that I didn't see for 2 years... As he lives in Slovenia, he gave me some tips to avoid traffic jams on my way back to Spain and invited me to visit him...
You have probably noticed that I'm doing some crazy (unusually), big number of steps which is a direct result of NOT having my car close to me... At least, some positive thing born from the laziness of the car mechanic... :) See you in the next report!

The collector's meeting sounds like an interesting experience. Is it just people showing off their collections or is a marketplace for people to sell off part of their collections?
It was mostly for showing their collection and to exchange/trade things... Not that much for selling purposes, but some of them did that too...
