Description from Strava: Hello everyone and good morning 🌄

I have been out for a while now... 5 days I think coz of the weather and some unforseen circumstances. Hopefully I'm back in business and I'll be doing my routinely exercises starting today.

Anyways guys it's a lovely sunny day today as you can see in the photo and I had a great walk today. I expected my feet to be in shock considering I haven't walked for 5 days now but I guess I was overthinking it. Biking would definitely be another story though as I am 100% sure my knees will hurt again when I do a ride next time 😅
