Today I did my early morning walk in the sea shore to get some positivity in the air.

Did you know that the breeze coming from the open sea contains positive ions that will clease the negative ions in your body?

That is why when you walk in the sea shore it feels so refreshing. It relieves stress and negative emotions in your body. After a walking in the sea shore for a few minutes you can already notice the difference. Your body feels light as if some kind of burdern was lifted up.

This is why I like doing my early morning walk in the sea shore most of the time.

Uy di yan spam grabeh sya. Starting january mag gygym ako papakita ko transformation ko from a larva to a pupa then to a cockroach 🀣

Mas ok dito sa Hive kasi parang mas gaganahan ako mag pa fit, may motivation na kasi eh πŸ€‘. Baka ma libre pa pag gygym ko so sulit na sulit heheh

It is what our professor in psychology told us during my college days. I still remember it since I always love walking in the sea shore even when I was a little kid. It actually made sense when our professor told us about it since I always go for a walk in the sea shore when I'm sad, lonely and hopeless but after my walk I always feel so refreshed. It really helped me a lot during my times of need.

If I remember it correctly it is the waves that's making that positive ions, like the impact of the waves crushing at each other or when it hits a solid object like say a sea wall, which is then carried by the wind so that tiny bits of water that you feel when the breeze hits your skin contains that positive ions and it neutralizes the negative ions in our bodies.

I'm actually kinda used to walking since from where I live we only have very few forms of transportation and we are kinda poor so we usually walk all the time. So it's like a very normal thing to us. Although even with the walking spree we still have a lot of unhealthy people due to diet reasons and I'm one of those sadly.

Thanks for the information on why the ions form. Interesting! As for the walking; it still does you good to walk regardless. I've had my own struggles with food my entire life and probably will for the rest of it. All we can do is try to do better and don't give up even when we don't do what we should. Tomorrow is a brand new day with a new beginning. Take care and have a lovely night!
