Gym Day 12: 1 Hour and 30 Minutes Cardio Phew 😅
I decided to go to the gym early today but it looks like I went in too early and the gym was still closed. So what I did was do some walking in the old basketball court just beside the gym until it opens.
The gym opened at 9 in the morning so I got a 30 minute walk just before my cardio workout lol 😂
I'm planning to just go full cardio for today and I planned to have a 2 hour cardio
First is I wanted to try the Elliptical Machine. I wanted to do a hour of this one but since I was already a little bit tired from my non stop 30 minute walk earlier so I tried my best to get up to 30 minute max on this one
I feel like this machine is much harder than normal walking. I feel like Im cycling but without a chair lol 😂 my knees felt like its gonna crack anytime soon
Then I used the excercise bike next and again I was suppose to do 1 hour just like yesterday but my legs are burning 🥵. 30 minutes tops on this one again. I wanted to push it more but I feel like I wont be able to walk after so I just stopped it right there.
Anyways 1 hour and 30 minutes of Cardio is quite a great I had a lot of sweat. I hope I burned a lot pf calories today 😁
