An Empty Wharf, A Split Horizon and A Sun Rise Fun Shoot
Hello everyone 😁 how was your day today? I am back once again to report on my actifit activity today yay 😁
I've adjusted back my alarm clock for today to 4AM once again. I changed it for yesterday because of the fun run lol.
I immediately went straight to the wharf this time instead of spending a few minutes in our tennis court because I already saw the signs of a sun rise at a distance. When I arrived at our wharf though it was a deserted place. No life can be seen anyway at all, I was all alone. It is quite rare to see the wharf empty like this since I know an old man who would usually come here around 4AM to fish and he doesn't seem to be around.
When I turned around to look at the other end of the wharf I was astonished and blown away by the beauty that can be seen from a far. I don't know if this has ever happened to me as I am a very forgetful person 😅 but this is probably the first time I saw the horizon split into two. You can clearly see that the left part of horizon in the picture above is yellow while the right side is orange. I found this quite fascinating but I continued on my walk and see later on how this very rare sight will develop 😁
Around 5:30 some people have already made their way here in the wharf to do their morning walks as well.
It didn't take long and the number of people kept increasing by the minute. Luckily it wasn't as crowded as yesterday since today is a work day so the others might have passed on the walk since they still have to prepare for their work or something else 😊
As I was walking round and round in the center of the wharf I saw this angle of a wooden post dividing the orange and yellow part of the horizon. I thought to myself now this would be a great photo. I took the shot and something was off immediately as I saw it.
What I meant was the empty space below the wooden post so I tried to recompose it again. This time It's way closer to the horizon now and the division of the horizon is clear and evident 😁
A few minutes later and the sun is rising! Yay! As the sun was rising though I was having fun taking photographs of myself playing with the sun for a bit.
The photo above looked like I was about to catch the sun with both of my hands 😁
Next was trying to hold the sun using one hand. It is also an illusion of a sun set falling to my hands when in fact it didn't 😊
I also tried to punch it but I was too far away from the sun. It didn't matter to me though as the angle of the punch was still right on the money 😁
If you are not familiar with this pose then you are probably either 60 years old and above or a high school student 😂. This is a pose by a famous anime character lol
The sun was getting bigger and bigger and rising into the sky. So I ended up today's Actifit report with the picture above. Anyways I would also like to say that this little photoshoot of mine was all done by myself alone. I was not assisted by anyone else which makes posing and judging if your hands are in the right place was quite hard. Sure you can look at the phone camera to see if you're in the right spot but since the sun was already in the horizon it's really was hard to monitor if I was in the right spot or place. I did it quite a few times just to make sure I will only share the best of the best pictures for this morning 😁
Anyways I wasn't able to do my afternoon ride today due to my son's school schedule so that's that. I hope I can do my rides tomorrow since my sons doesn't have a school day tomorrow 😁. This is all for me today guys, I hope you all enjoyed the photos that I shared. Till next time, Cheers! 😎

Yeah man I really had quite the fun this time. Actually I only followed what another avid walker here did so it's not really my idea but when I saw her do it, I was like hmmm that looks fun... So when she was gone, probably went home already. I took my time having fun with the sun as well 🤣. It seems kinda childish to do stuff like these but I feel quite relieved for some reason and I really enjoyed it as well. Maybe I should think of some new poses for when this time happens again 😅

Yay thank you so much for appreciating the effort I did in making these photos. It really is quite hard especially when you don't have a tripod with you. You really have to be creative in where to put your phone and how to make it steady enough for the shot. There are quite a few things to consider and I'm just happy with my shots. I'm really glad so many people like it. Hopefully I can do better next time 🤗

That's almost exactly my story too! I hardly ever took photos before Hive! Now I take photos all the time, of everything! I have to stop myself!
