Hello fellow Actifiters and good day to you all 😊

Today my son's school was only half a day so I had the whole afternoon to myself 😍 Since the weather is pipping hot what better way to enjoy the afternoon than to ride my bike 😉. This afternoon I went to Argao since it's been a while since I last went there. 2 months I guess? My body has gotten soft these past few months since I haven't really stressed it out unlike before. The last time I went here I did 16kms in just 45 minutes but now It took me 90 minutes 😱 that's too slow 😅 it felt like I've restarted since this was my time when I first started riding my bike a year ago 😅 Hopefully I'll be back in shape soon enough but it would probably take me months again to reach that speed 😭 Anyways guys this is all for me today. I'm quite tired from my ride earlier and I just want to rest up 😉
