Now I am nearly 40 and I could not sleep well due to work stress

I'll be there soon I'm in my early 30's πŸ˜‚. Honestly I used to sleep so late at night as well but after the super typhoon that destroyed most of my small businesses I have been able to sleep always around 7pm to 9pm unlike a few months ago that I can only sleep around 1am to 2am so I had so much less sleep before than now and I feel a little bit great. Stress is always here to stay though as you grow old πŸ˜†

You are really a morning person and I believe that is a very good habit for a successful person.

Yeah I have always been this way since I live in a place not so far from the sea. I remember the good old days when I was as dark as a charcoal coz I love swimming in the sea at with broad sunlight πŸ˜…

By the way, I really like your sunrise photo on the sea with your new camera (taken by your phone). Your phone does good job to make the photo color so nice already :D

Thanks and yeah the phone cameras today really are great. My only complaint is that phone camera's zoom is quite limited so if I want to take pictures a far then it's impossible not to mention, as a man, I will look like a pervert trying to picture people with phones 🀣 unlike with a digital camera I look a little bit dignified so people usually aren't that much suspicious and I can take a picture with ease. Also added bonus for digital cameras is the capability to take in raw pictures which is for me a little bit easy to edit and make boring photos a little bit artistic 😍

You live in an Beach town or Island of Philippines? I really enjoy your photos with sunrise, sunset on the beach. I need Vitamin Sea a lot πŸ˜‚.

Like in the central coastal area of Vietnam, every stormy or flood season, most of the small businesses are totally damaged and governments does very little thing to help. I know the feeling of losing job or bankrupt business without any help to survive. Been there, done that πŸ₯². But I strongly believe β€œWhat does not kill you, makes you stronger”, right?

Now I understand why you decided to buy your first camera! LoL. Trust me, when you have your first point & shot camera, you will want to try DSLR cameras with lenses πŸ˜….

Have a good morning over there! Here is just mid night πŸ˜‚

Not really but a little 2 kilometers from the sea, well that's just a rough estimate

Trust me we all need it, just going near the sea can be a stress relief. I do this quite often especially in times of troubles, doubt and self pity. Just feeling the cold breeze from the sea is enough to make my mind clear for the whole day.

β€œWhat does not kill you, makes you stronger”

I honestly believe this as well, I always tell my son this quote almost on a daily basis

you will want to try DSLR cameras with lenses πŸ˜…

After only 2 weeks of using my new digital camera I kinda know what you mean by this πŸ˜‚ but buying a full fledged dslr camera is out of my budget at the moment but hopefully in the future I will buy one. I just wanna play with my newly bought digital camera first and learn the ropes. I honestly believe there is still so much to learn from it

Cheers and I hope you have a wonderful sleep tonight πŸ˜‰ Sleep is very important so I always try to get as much sleep as I can
