Thank you 😊 I dropped quite a bit in the rankings for the past few weeks though thanks to the weather and being busy as well. Hopefully I can get back on track so I can do more. I need to burn the calories that I eat everyday coz I eat like a lot 😂 and it's quite hard to go on a diet so my plan is to eat normally but burn more calories than my consumed calories 😂
