My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2026
We didn't do much today. In the morning, I spent time indoors, just doing a little movement while holding my phone so the background tracker could be activated.
In the morning, I cleaned the house, helped sweep, and did other household chores. I didn't work because the natural disaster that hit our area has hampered my business. Many people are now focused on surviving with what they have. Although life in the city has returned to normal, the economy hasn't gradually improved.
I returned to my activities during the day, leaving the house and heading into town to get medicine and do some shopping. We stopped at a gas station because a petrol truck was coming in, so there was a long queue to fill up.
Vehicle fuel is also scarce in our area, and the number of refills per vehicle is limited. The unstable road conditions, damaged by landslides and flooding, have hampered fuel distribution.
The weather today is quite overcast, and even in the city, it's already starting to get dark with thick, black clouds. When I arrived home, it was raining heavily, but we didn't get wet because we arrived home before it started.
