My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2025
Today was kind of very different because, I felt very weak after my morning run. I cannot say precisely where the weakness came from, but it was an unusual weakness. I had to beg my partner to get me an energy drink before I could get some strength.
Usually, it is not something I will do or advise anyone to, but sometimes one has to get out of line. Out of the usual in order to return things to status quo. I didn't run much , just about 1.8 km, and was already tired. I had to manage my way back to the house. I hope I get better to my usual self to be able to do better tomorrow
