This is the biggest question so far where few can attest and answer it positively. I know NASCAR will get something going pretty soon in North Carolina. Fans wise could be limited due to social distancing.
Car racing is more a TV venue for me since the tickets are a bit expensive. This is a plus to get something going in the states.
EUROPA

We all know that France Cancels league 1 and PSG got the trophy. Netherlands did the same as well. It is better be safe than sorry.
No words yet for EPL. I am sure Italy will do the same thing for Serie A. It could follow close by Spain with La Liga.
I could be wrong but the costs associated to finish the season may not worth it much.
It is a long story short for this big league to start planning for next season.
NBA

NBA is looking to stop the season and jump straight to playoffs. Not a bad idea cause not much will change by the way the teams are.
A lot of owners would love to end everything now to save more.
But this may not be the right plan for the players.
If you do not play you do not get pay. A team like warriors would not mind to cancel the season altogether. Lakers or the bucks do think differently cause the opportunity is wide open to win it all.
It will be a time constraint brouhaha knowing what is the next case for safety and entertainment.
NFL
After the draft they are watching how the population is behaving. They have little time to plan accordingly. NFL will play by all means in case things turn sour really fast. They may have few people watching the game on the field and wearing mask could be so 2021.
As long there is something on TV and people get pay and corona cases slow down , things will find a way to normalize.
Change is one thing humans being love to adapt with even though we hate it.
Live sports may change and hopefully measures will be placed to protect and safely allow fans to watch.
Baseball , Hockey and else will follow through. College sports will come back last but they need to be back. They are the backbone of this nation. Not everyone is fond to watch the big league. A lot of people even in Florida love their Gators, Seminoles, Hurricanes,etc.
Time will define as of right now how to perceive live sports.
