My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2021....... Terrific Tuesday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Tuesday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's the last day of November and the stepping continued unabated. Hopefully your day is getting on well, mine has been wonderful and it's about that time to wrap things up and look forward to hump day. As always thank you for being here and let's jump in💨..
So as usual, I kicked off early with the fast paced morning session. Enjoyed that cool morning breeze 🍃 brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲.
Come eleven o'clock, I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did the plannedemic vaccinations. The govt urging other countries not to shut airlines down amid the new variant omicron 😵.
Globally, still about the new variant, markets around the world have tumbled as confusion reigned, people wondering if there will be lockdowns and all that 2020 upheaval 😨. Meanwhile, the omicron has been found in Europe in samples taken before south Africa announced it's discovery. So it has been here longer than we knew.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still bullish 🐂 at 57k and so is hive at 2.60👏. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for a few errands.
Walked 👣 around for a while and then headed back home 🏡. Next came the usual nap 💤. I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Josephine Baker, was honored at the Pantheon as France celebrated her legacy close to 50 years after her death👏. Elsewhere, Barbados became a full republic ditching queen elizabeth. Of course rihanna was in attendance and was honored too👏🙌.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I followed the usual route, slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. I finally made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a night 😜.
