Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Another wonderful day fading away fast and as always I am raring to go with my stepping activities and also some of the trending stories. Thank you for stopping by yet again 👏 and let's get cracking 💨
So just like yesterday,it was an early start brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. The cool breeze was amazing and made it quite enjoyable 💯.
At eleven o'clock I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did the plannedemic vaccinations. Rwandan president stopped by for bilateral talks with his Kenyan counterpart.
Globally, Ukraine still trending as Turkish president stopped by for talks in regards of that standoff with Russia. Also trending, America got rid of an isil leader somewhere in Syria 😱. They have probably been on his trail for a while and instead of surrendering he chose to blow himself up, definitely a taste of his own medicine 😹.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin slipped to 36k just when we thought it was headed to 40k😵. Not to worry, just keep hodling and buying the dip 😹.Even facebook stocks are down, I saw it trending on business news.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day ☺️.Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for a couple of errands.I didn't stay there for long and I got back home 🏡 to my usual nap 💤.
Then I got up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in South Africa, Afrigen has made its own covid vaccine using data from moderna 👏. Elsewhere in the gulf, Israel and Bahrain have signed a security cooperation agreement, the first between Israel and a gulf nation. Things are getting tougher in the AFCON, Egypt just beat hosts Cameroon in the semi finals, what an entertaining match, now they face Senegal in the finals on Sunday. It's Mane Vs. Salah😹.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. Slow paced walk that winds down my day. Mostly around the neighborhood 🌲 in the fantastic evening breeze 🍃.
