Hello everyone,
Happy Caturday 🐈 from Bob and yours truly😹. It's another spectacular weekend and as always this post is dedicated to Bob and other furry friends 😻. Thank you for for being here, it's time to quickly take a look at how my day has been and also share some of the trending stories. So sit back and let's take it away 💨.
Just like yesterday, I kicked off with some rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. It was a beautiful sunny morning as I made my way. The fresh morning breeze 🍃 made it quite enjoyable 💯.
Next I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. Today we had the Kip Keino classic athletics going on with athletes from different countries competing in various races.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, some good news from Mariupol as all civilians have been evacuated from the steel plant 👏. WHO head stopped by Kyiv and warned Russia against targeting hospitals and other health facilities. Meanwhile Russia continued shelling, the port city of Odesa was struck by several missiles 😱.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still at 35k, generally a red day for most cryptos. Do keep hodling 💯 and stop staring at the screen every minute,go out for a walk 😹.
Anyways, I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the mall for a few groceries, window shopped for a while before heading back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤, I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Taliban trending as they issued a new order, requiring all women in Afghanistan to cover their entire faces in public 😹, funny but oppressive and sad, they are slowly showing their true colours. Instead of focusing on grave economic issues they are fed up of seeing women's faces😵. Elsewhere in Brazil, former president Lula Da Silva is on the campaign trail looking forward to defeat Bolsonaro in the upcoming elections in October. Remember, he has was jailed 18 months on corruption charges.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. Am amazing slow paced walk enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
