Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. As always I am appreciative and excited that you stopped by yet again 👏. You definitely made the right choice so keep reading 👓 as I let you in on how my day faired including some of the trending stories that caught my eye 👀. Let's do this 💨.
As usual I kicked off my day with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. It was a cloudy morning as I made my way. The fresh morning breeze 🍃 was fantastic.
Next I was back indoors, where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹. Today was world's Oceans day, raising awareness for more sustainable management of oceans and their resources 💯.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, lots of shelling as ukrainian troops were pushed back to the outskirts of Sievierdonetsk town 😱. Elsewhere in Ankara, Turkish and Russian foreign minister agreed on black sea routes to help Ukraine ship out grains and urged Ukraine to remove mines from some of the areas. This comes after UN warned of looming global shortages.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways at 30k. It's short term movement not known, but we keep hodling as we watch out for the bottom.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries. Then I headed back home 🏡 for the usual nap 💤. It was amazing and I got up some time early evening feeling well rested 💯. I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Also trending, Belgian king 👑 Phillipe , is visiting DR Congo for the first time. He reaffirmed profound regret for the exploitation of colonialism ; yet no apology ? Elsewhere, Iran has disconnected some of the cameras that IAEA was using to monitor their nuclear operation 😱. They are in some hurry to keep enriching uranium to come up with some form of nuclear weapon😹.
Anyways,as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. It was amazing, as always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
