My Actifit Report Card: June 10 2022.....High Five Friday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
TGIF 🍻🍷 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. The weekend is upon us and as always glad you stopped by yet again 👏. My day has been great and it's now that time of day to slow down and take a look at how things went and also what's trending in the media streets. Come on, let's take it away 💨.
So I started with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲. The morning breeze 🍃 was really incredible on this cloudy morning.
Next I was back indoors, where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, Ukraine still trending with intense shelling in the east. Ukrainian intelligence says Russia is economically able to continue fighting for a year 😱. Elsewhere in the UK, a judge ruled that the government could send asylum seekers to Rwanda 😱. This is for those that arrive in the UK illegally. The first group set to be deported next week 😢.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways at 29k. A dull day in crypto but we keep hodling 💯, watching out for the bottom.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries. Then I headed back home 🏡 for the usual nap 💤.
It was amazing and I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending, large protests in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, protesters calling for the arrest of an official of India's BJP party for serious religious insults 😱. Elsewhere in the US, inflation is at its highest in 40years and I don't think it's in the US only, it's global in many countries prices are just out of control 😢.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. It looked like it would rain but it didn't.
