Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Another 24 hours is going by really fast and as it draws to a close , I am grateful yet again 👏. Thank you for reading and let's quickly take a look at how my day has been including some of the trending stories. Come on 💨.
So as usual I kicked off with the fast paced morning session. A bit shorter this time but quite enjoyable given the fresh morning breeze 🍃..
Next I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. Election campaigning still in high gear as we head towards the general elections.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, ukrainian soldiers are retreating from the city of Sievierdonetsk as fighting rages. Today president Zelensky addressed the UK festival, Glastonbury, electronically, urging festival goers to spread the truth about his embattled nation and how Russia stole their peace 😢. Elsewhere, in Ecuador, the fuel protests entered their 12 the day 😱.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin slightly up to 21k today after sideways at 20k. We keep hodling 💯. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for a few days. Finished my tasks then headed back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening. I got up feeling fresh and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, in a shocking ruling the supreme court overturned the 1973 Roe Vs Wade case, allowing states to ban abortion😱. This coming after yesterday's shock on gun laws, they are on a roll 😹.Of course they were protests from both sides. President Biden and Obama condemned the decision coming after nearly 50 years of legal abortions. People will still procure abortions one way or another, that's the danger.
Anyways as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. I finally made it back home 🏡 safe and sound as the evening set in.
