My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2022.... Happy Caturday 🐈😹🐆🐯🍃🔆⛅🌿🍀🌳🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Give it up for Bob and yours truly this damn fine Caturday😹. You definitely know the drill every Saturday 😻. Thank you for being here and let's quickly take a look at my stepping activities plus some of the trending news that caught my eye 👀. Here we go again 💨.
I did begin my day with the fast paced morning session, brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the cloudy neighborhood.
Then I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. The weekend is for lots of campaign rallies, politicians are quite busy this election season.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, one governor in the East said Russia is trying to raise true hell as they kept the shelling going despite reports of taking an operational pause. Elsewhere more political shenanigans in Sri Lanka as protesters stormed the presidential palace 😱. They ransacked the house,took pictures on the president's bed and swarm in the pool 😹. The president has finally decided to resign next week, people power is deadly.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways at 21k. Pretty boring in there😹.but do keep hodling 💯.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day. Later in the afternoon I stopped by the mall for some groceries, walked around for a while before heading back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening when I got up feeling quite refreshed ☺️. I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, pro abortion activists have held rallies in various cities asking president Biden to do more to ensure women can access safe abortions. Elsewhere in Argentina more protests from both the right and left. Corruption, inflation, IMF debt deal among the reasons. Then it's Eid Mubarak 🎉to all muslims as they celebrate, close to a million pilgrims are in Mecca for Haj.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. I finally made it back home 🏡 safe and sound as darkness fell.
