My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2022.....Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. A wonderful day is fading away fast and as always I am raring to go with my stepping activities and some of the trending stories that caught my eye 👀. Thank you for being here yet again and let's dig in 💨.
I started the day with a short morning session, brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. The morning breeze 🍃 was quite amazing.
Then I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did the election campaigning.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, today a surprise attack in the town of Vinnytsia that is far off from the east😱. Cruise missiles tore thru office building and two residential blocks killing 22 people 😢. Elsewhere, in Italy, political shenanigans as the PM, Draghi, resigned after a party in his coalition failed to participate in a confidence vote. The president refused to accept that resignation 😹. In France, Bastille day parade celebration, army marches, overhead planes and tonight there will be fireworks 🎆🎉.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways, but subtly up from 19 to 20k. Mixed reactions and reviews from analysts but do keep hodling 💯.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day. Later in the afternoon I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries and then made it back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤, dreaming off until sometime early evening when I got up and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Also trending, President Biden and Israeli PM Lapid have signed a non binding declaration to ensure Iran will never acquire nuclear weapons 😱. Elsewhere, celebration in Sri Lanka after the fled president sent his resignation from his hideout in Singapore 😹. He's left a big mess and now at peace as ordinary people suffer 😢. In crazy weather, wild fires in Europe and flooding in parts of India.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
