Hello everyone 👋,

Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's been another superb and active day. I must add that am grateful and appreciative of this day💯. As bedtime beckons, am raring to go with my stepping activities and also share some of the trending stories I came across. If you didn't know, my app is now working so please keep reading 👓 and let's take it away 💨.
I have to admit,today is not that different from yesterday. I had two major walks in the morning and evening. As usual started with the fast paced brisk walking, it was a cold cloudy morning as I made my way. Then I was back indoors for a little bit of the daily house chores. Another little bit of walking in the afternoon to the shopping centre for cooking groceries. Followed by the usual nap. Finished off with the slow paced evening walk enjoying the cool evening breeze🍃. In between I was following up on the trending stories and crypto analysis news.
So what's trending? Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. In neighbouring Uganda an outbreak of the deadly ebola has people on tenterhooks🙀. It's in central Uganda but even the Kenyan border on high alert. Covid is a little tiny toddler compared to ebola 😹. Fingers crossed as they say they've got the situation under control.
Globally, world 🌎 leaders continued addressing the UN general assembly. Including the Russian foreign minister and Iranian president.
Even as the Russian foreign minister tried to explain and make sense of the absurd war, over in Russia airline tickets out of the country sold out🙀. People fleeing the country to escape being forcibly enrolled in the army😹. Heavy traffic was also witnessed at Finnish Russian border as people rushed out. Meanwhile protesters against the war aggressively arrested by hawk eyed masked policemen.
Over in Iran, the protests kept going even as the president tried to explain the situation at the UN 😹. The protesters want disbanding of the cruel morality police,how could someone be killed because part of her hair was showing🙀. Whatsapp and Instagram still off to stop protesters from communicating and posting videos and pictures. I don't see why they don't realize that this new young generation would care less and less about oppressive religious beliefs 😹.
