Hello everyone 👋,

Happy Monday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's another 24 hours to be grateful for, we are just completing the second week of March and I have had a great day. It's now that time to slow down and fill you in on how my day has been including some of the trending stories that caught my eye. As always thank you for reading and let's get it done 💨.
So I had two major walks, starting off early with fast paced morning session. I brisk walked around the neighbourhood. At least today the sun was out on a beautiful Monday morning with an amazing fresh breeze🍃. Then I was back indoors for the usual household chores. later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center then was back home for some cooking followed by the usual nap. In between I did check out some trending news and watched some you tube which I will share next. Finally I finished off the day with the slow paced evening walk in the cool breeze.
So what's been trending. Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going otherwise a quiet day.
globally US trending amid collapse of Silicon valley bank and Signature bank🙀. Early Monday morning people queued outside signature bank wanting to withdraw their money 💰.
US president Biden later reassured people that the banking system is safe. That means the money printer is about to go brrr😹. A good thing for crypto.
Today the US president also approved a major oil drilling project in Alaska, environmentalists are worried about carbon emissions 🙀.
Across the pond in Ukraine, fighting raged on in the eastern town of Bakmut. Heavy casualties reported by both sides😭.
Down under, Australia is to buy three nuclear submarines under the AUKUS pact with UK and the US. The prime minister will be joined by Biden and Sunak in San Diego in the US.
Finally, in crazy weather, dozens killed as cyclone Freddy slammed Malawi and Mozambique. It hit for a second time after going out to sea🙀. My sincere condolences to the bereaved families 😭

Oh yes, am doing great. I was also really surprised by that decision. It means the govt is ready to bail out any regional bank that faces collapse, that's by printing more money. That in the long run just dilutes the value of the dollar and all fiat currencies pegged to the dollar. This in turn gives more value to bitcoin and decentralized cryptos like hive. No one can freely print more bitcoin, but the value of the dollar will surely fall year after year.
