Hello everyone 👋,
Give it up for Bob and yours truly this damn fine Caturday😹. You definitely know the drill every Saturday 😻, it's Bob and other furry friends taking over the blockchain. Thank you for being here and let's quickly take a look at my stepping activities plus some of the trending news that caught my eye 👀. Here we go again 💨.
So just like yesterday, it was an amazing morning session , brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲. A nice walk as I enjoyed the wonderful breeze 🍃 A beautiful sunny day as I made my way. Anyways, back indoors I did rest a while before embarking on the household chores, mostly cleaning and tidying up. Then I watched some news and checked crypto. The next walking got me going to the mall later in the afternoon for some cooking groceries. Next I was back for the usual refreshing nap. After the nap I did some cooking, watched some youtube and football before heading out for the slow paced evening walk. So that's how the day went and it's now time to quickly look at what's trending.
Locally, nothing much but the usual political shenanigans😹 kept going.
On the continent vote counting under way in Nigeria as state governor elections were held. May the best candidates win. Over in Malawi a dire situation as rescuers continue bringing stranded people to safety after the devastating flooding 🙀.
Globally, Ukraine trending as the war raged in the east in Bakmut. Russia's Wagner group targets to recruit 30,000 more soldiers🙀. This war may take time.
Close by Putin travelled to the annexed Crimea region to celebrate the 9th anniversary since he grabbed it 😹.
Let's go to Asia where Pakistan is trending. A court in Islamabad has cancelled the arrest warrants for former PM Imran Khan. This after he appeared in court for corruption case. Meanwhile his supporters clashed with police in Lahore, the police later broke in the residence and 'recovered' crude weapons🙀. This man is being fought by the system, they don't want him contesting in the next elections😹.
Across the pond in the US, more political shenanigans 😹 as former president Trump has called for protests from his supporters saying there are plans to have him arrested on Tuesday 🙀. This has something to do with hush money he paid to some pornstar 😹.
Let's finish with some crazy weather phenomenon. Down under in Australia, millions of dead 🐟 fish are afloat the Darling river west of Sydney. The on going heat wave and recent flooding caused a drop in the level of oxygen in the water causing the deaths🙀.

Bob always does his things on Catudays, I assume he always looks forward to it.
I doubt the best candidates ever win in Nigeria, prayers for Malawi over the flood, not nice when people are displaced due to natural disasters.
Thank you bro, I know Bob wonders why my phone is pointed at him then flashes but by now he is used to it. Perhaps voting will be free and fair if they put it on a blockchain, that is where the future is headed. The corrupt should know that their days are numbered.
Then that disaster in Malawi is distressing and hopefully they will receive the aid they have appealed for.
