My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2023....Terrific Tuesday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇 👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,

Happy Tuesday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's been another wonderful day and it's about that time to slow down, get ready for bed 💤. Before that let's quickly take a look at how my stepping went and also what's trending in the media streets. As always thank you for reading and let's begin 💨.
So as usual I had two major walking sessions. Starting off with the fast paced morning session that was quite enjoyable in the fresh morning breeze🍃. Though today I had a short session.Then I was back indoors for the little daily household chores. Later in the afternoon I stopped by the shopping centre for some cooking groceries. I squeezed my nap into the rest of the afternoon. Then the final evening walk happened before I got back home safe and sound calling it a day. Of course in between I was watching the news including crypto , lets get into that next.
Trending locally, the usual political shenanigans😹 kept going, today a much quieter day after yesterday's protests by the opposition.
Globally, Ukraine trending as Japanese PM visited president Zelensky in Kyiv. They held talks, meanwhile the war rages on in the east.
Over in Moscow, Putin and his guest , Chinese president Xi Jing ping held talks. China have this ten point peace plan to help end the war in Ukraine. Let's wait and see if a breakthrough can be reached.
Over in France, joy as a journalist who was kidnapped in Mali returned home🎊. He had been held hostage since 2021. President Macron and his family received him.
Across the pond in the US, the words of an Israeli minister have been condemned. He said Palestinians were an invention of the past century and shouldn't exist🙀. He was also condemned by the Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas among other leaders for those reckless words that can instigate violence.
Finally in crazy weather, a state of emergency has been declared in Ecuador after a 6.8 magnitude earthquake caused widespread devastation and deaths 😭. Meanwhile another earthquake of 3.9 magnitude was reported in Afghanistan and felt in parts of Pakistan 🙀.
