Happy fiery 🔥 Tuesday and a very warm welcome to my world of trees 🌲🌳. They are now all green as they enjoy the summer heat 😹.
As always thank you so much for stopping by yet again. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and as it comes to an end am raring to go with my stepping and the trending stories of the day.
Let's get into all that and more, here we go again 💨.
So I kicked off the day with a little bit of stretching then just like yesterday I couldn't go out due to some morning rain. Well needed after those past warm days
Next I got on with the chores then watched some YouTube and kept up with the trending stories.
Its been a sunny 🌞 and cloudy day and that extended until this evening when I took my first and final walk. As usual slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
So now let's get into the trending news of the day.
Starting off in Gaza, the mass murder with Israeli airstrikes targeting Hamas kept going, today 61 Palestinians killed😿. Meanwhile the endemic starvation kept going with 15 people dead of hunger/malnutrition including 4 children.
In the north of Gaza, Israeli forces fired on a group of Palestinians waiting for food aid killing 26 people. In many parts of Gaza there's absolutely nothing left to eat and drink; when they go out in search of it, they are shot at and killed. Slowly turning into hell on earth.
Across the border in Tel Aviv, a group of protesters gathered symbolically carrying flour to decry the situation in Gaza. Demanding for a deal to free the captives, a ceasefire and get food going into Gaza immediately.
Not far off, Bangladesh trending as a day of mourning was declared following the army jet fighter that crashed into a student building killing several people. Today students marched the streets demanding justice and accountability.
In the other war, Russia still going ham on Ukraine with airstrikes on various towns, one child reportedly killed and 41 injured in last night attacks, not to mention damage to infrastructure and property.
Trending in the UK, black sabbath front man, Ozzy Osbourne has died aged 76.Osbourne was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019 and did black sabbath's last/ farewell gig in his home city of Birmingham earlier this month.
Across the pond in the US, Philipinnes president is on a state visit to the US, meeting Trump at the white house.
Speaking of Trump, he has now authorized the release of FBI files on the assassination of Martin Luther King JR. I wonder when and if he will release the Epstein files😹.
