My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2025

I woke up very early today to meet up with my appointment in the hospital, there where a lot of traffic on my way going so I got to the hospital a little late.
While waiting for my turn to see the doctor, I saw this adorable quadruplets and they really made my day.
Was able to meet with the doctor, took some injections and medications and came back home!
