My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2021

Dear friends,

Yesterday morning, I went cycling around the town and visited to a monastery where I can see the new town ftom above. It was about 8 miles cycling ride.

Before, I could not visit the monastery because of the lock-down. Now the lock-down has been lifted and I could visit it. Belows are some of the photos taken at the monastery.

I found that the new town has grown fast with growing population. And when I arrived home after cycling , I just did household chores the whole day. And in the evening, I did some Bagua walking exercise. Thank you for viewing and reading. Have a nice day!
