My Actifit Report Card: Yesterday trekking, February 1 2022

Dear Friends,

Yesterday morning, I went trekking to the highest mountain peak in my town. I went to the nearest place with my motor bike first and then walked to the the mountain peak. It was about 1.2 miles distance of trekking. The following is the photos of the trekking route and photos taken on the way and at the mountain peak.

And in the evening, my mom and I did Bagua walk around the tree. It was a 6 minutes walk. Now, in winter time, the wind is cold outside the house but we try to do the exercise regularly. Thank you for reading.
