My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2023

Walking in the evening

Dear friends,

In this evening, I walked over one mile distance up the mountain in the East of my town.

I was not able to get a GPS map maybe because I turned off all the apps once during my walk. Now, it is winter and the weather is fit for evening walking out.

I didn't reach to the top of the mountain but returned on the way. The steps are so steep and it was quite a warm-up exercise for me.

Other time today, I did household chores and ran errands for my mom and myself.

That's some of the activities for today.
