Joining a meditation session, donating to the IDPs, making ginger power

Dear friends,

Because today is Sunday, I joined the regular Sunday meditation session at Dhamma Mahā Pabbata meditation center, Taunggyi.

It was a cold fine morning. The following was the view of my town from the meditation center.

Then, I went to Nyaung Shwe, a town that is about 20 miles from my town, to donate rice, cooking oil, peas, soap, medicine, etc. to the IDPs who were taking shelter in a hall under a pagoda. Below is the photo of us with the donation materials and the photo of the pagoda.

Then, in the evening when I got back home, I did some household chores and tried to make ginger powder from the extracted ginger liquid. I set the oven temperature so that it was not above 70°C so that I didn't spoil the useful components from the liquid. I hope it turn out alright. I am still working on it.

Other time today, I did household chores and ran errands for my mom and myself.

That's some of the activities for today.
