Prepared for learning Thai, Looking for drawing courses, volunteering at the meditation center,

Dear friends,

In this morning, I help my mother with house chores - sweeping and polishing floor, feeding dogs, etc. Then, I prepared Thai course for myself so that I could learn it easily and effectively. I used "Thai for Intermediate Learners" by "Benjawan Poomsan Becker" book. I found that there were two sections in a lesson - vocabulary part and conversation-like part. I fed the vocabularies in to Cram flashcards (https://www.cram.com/), where I could learn them both on line and on my phone. In the phone app, it provides me with the Thai pronunciation, it is very convenient to me. For the conversation-like part, I fed into Anki software, which is a kind of fashcard-like one (https://ankiweb.net/ ; it also has mobile phone app), where I also fed the pronunciation of the sentences using TTS (text to speech) from https://ttsfree.com/. It took me about one hour to prepare for the first lesson and once, I created I can learn the lesson from my phone with the apps. And I also looked for a drawing course for drawing human shapes and I found one that I could practice with from (https://www.domestika.org/en/blog/8854-how-to-draw-the-human-body-15-free-tutorials-for-beginners).

In the afternoon, I went to the meditation center to install mirror in monk resting rooms. They need them when shaving their head or beard. Then, I helped in repairing the fence and other work.

And I found solar water heater tanks from the women resting house boiling; it looked nice, so I shared it with you with short video. I would like to prove that solar heaters are as efficient as electric heaters.

I arrived home late and had to skip my walking exercise; I has to reckon my physical work at the meditation centre as my physical exercise. And in the evening, I meditated for an hour from 7 to 8 pm. And those were some of the activities for today.
