My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2024

Doing physical exercises at the gym, swimming, learn Thai vocabularies

Dear friends,

In yesterday evening, I walked on treadmill for about twenty five minutes and then did other physical exercises - weight lifting and stretching. And then I spent about half an hour swimming at the hotel swimming pool. I found that I had walked 1.75 km distance and burnt 124 kcal.

Then, I learnt Thai new words by writing, listening to the dialogue and pronunciation. I am trying to be consistent in learning and with my schedules. I believe regular work can contribute to a big accomplishment one day.

In the morning, I went to supermarket and to the clinic with my mom and sister. Today is Chinese new year day. The coming Chinese year is dragon year and I found dragon figures in supermarkets. It is said dragon year was very auspicious and many people tried to have children or start a new project in this year. And I also hope our country also go back to its democratic platform very soon.

Those are some of the activities for yesterday. And my Actifit count was found to be over 2000.
