My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2024

Went cycling and did physical exercises, did house chores, did online learning,

Dear friends,

In this afternoon, I went cycling to the playground at the other side of the town. It was about 2.5 miles distance from my home. There, I took a break and did wome physical exercises and stretch-outs.

In the morning, I did house chores - sweeping and mobbing kitchen floor and did yard chores. I continued cleaning my warehouse because I would like to make it tidy by systematically placing equipment where they were supposed to be. And I drove to send and fetch my mom to the monastery.

For online study, I finished another chapter "Performance Appraisal and Rewards". And I found that I needed to revise and overview the two chapters I have learnt to get better understanding and to make connections among what I had learnt. I read the discussion and profile assignments first before I did the revision so that I knew how to filter and connect information. So, for weekly assignment process, first, I need to study, which can take up to three days. Second, I need to revise and overview the materials, that needs half a day or at most one day and thirdly, I need to write two assignments, which I needs two to three days. That's a total of 7 days already; I think I should finish the reading assignment as earlier as I can so that I don't need to rush on the final assignment days.

And I found that I need efficient time management because I have two classes in parallel with two assignments each. I found that I missed some other activities like meditation, Thai learning and making Youtube videos because I was overwhelmed by the assignment tasks. For that, as suggested by Bing AI, I can try time audit and time boxing on my activities. I will try them and see how helpful they can be.

Those were some of the activities for today. My current Actifit count for was found to be 1319.
