My Actifit Report Card: February 27 2024

went cycling, read assigned materials, attended online class, did house chores

Dear friends,

Yesterday morning, I read assigned materials and today, I will do writing assignment for the discussion and try to submit earlier. If I can submit it earlier, my classmate can see it and give me feedback comments.

And in the afternoon, I went cycling as usual to the other side of the town. I went to a playground there, where I can use some equipment for some physical exercises. I stayed there doing physical exercises for about thirty minutes and then returned home.

In the evening, I continued with my reading and was able to finish reading the assigned chapters. I found that it took three days to read three assigned chapter. Then, at night, I attended my first class for the Public Administration class. The subject was about "Governance in Federalism" and I learnt about what were nation building vs state building, social contracts, John Locke's vs Thomas Hobbes's philosophies on social contracts, economic equality vs political equality, about democracy, types of democracy like direct democracy, representative democracy, etc.. why it was required, and what are some drawbacks of democracy could be, etc.. It was a really informative class to me because I was not familiar with them.

Yesterday, during breaktimes from my study, I did house chores - sweeping and mobbing floors. And I learnt that I missed some activities like learning Thai, learning food processing and meditating. Today, I will try to do them first before I did assignment tasks so that I don't miss them.

Those were some of my activities for yesterday.
