My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2024

Morning meditation, volunteered at the meditation center, house chores, cooking
Dear friends,

Yesterday morning, I went to the meditation center for regular Sunday meditation session. We have regular one hour meditation center when there is no 10 days course like yesterday. After meditation, we had breakfast there (there always a donor for that) and then we had a meeting for coming 10 days meditation session, which will start on the 7th of this month. Then, we checked whether we have finished all the maintenance and repair at the meeting and discussed some other issues. Then, after the meeting, we came up with some tasks to do and I was assigned to install solar light. I also helped others with other tasks besides my assigned task.

Then, at noon, there is a meeting at SNLD (Shan National League for Democracy) office. We have monthly meeting on the Sunday of first week of the month. We were informed about current situation in our state and country and discussed some issues like the consequences of the conscription law to Tai youth.

And after I went back home, one of my activities was preparing fried wantons for evening snacks. I prepared meat to stuff first with meat and onion leeks. I bought the wanton leaves at the market the day before yesterday. It was really delicious with one side crispy and one side soft.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday. And my Actifit count for yesterday was over 887.
