cycling, doing physical exercises, did some house chores

Dear friends,

Yesterday, I went cycling to the other side of the town and did physical exercises there. I took more time doing physical workout and I found that I got relieved from the headache that I suffered in the morning.

Yesterday morning, I got some headache in the morning and could not concentrate well. It could be due do the high screentime working on my assignments and reading using my computer. So, I had to rest during the breaktimes from my assignment work. While I was taking a rest, I put some jade beads on my eyes and I found that they helped me relieve the nerve strains that I suffered. I got inspired from a Facebook post, that sold jade mask to put on our eyes to relieve strain tension. I found the coolness from the stones help remove the eyes and the nerves behind and the headache. And I felt totally refresh again after the sweating evening workouts.

Other times, I did house chores, repaired the signal lights of my motor bike and meditated for a while in the morning. And I practiced gratitude with my gratitude stone, that I received as present from my friend. Meditating, counting beads, and practicing gratitude are the three practices that I will try to do daily for my spiritual growth and health. They can produce good frequency that can make people around me and myself peaceful. I will try to write about those further later.

Although, I had activities yesterday, I failed to open Actifit app so I didn't get enough count for posting. So, I had to use today's count for the post. Those are some of the experience I would like to share with you.
