My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2024

went cycling, did physical exercises and house chores

Dear friends,

Today, I went cycling as usual to the other side of the town where a small play ground was located. I did some physical exercises there for about twenty minutes and returned home.

Today, I didn't have class nor due assignment so it was relaxing to me. So, I had some time to attend to some other work. I was able to complete the timer circuit for the electric heater in the afternoon. I tested it and gave me expected outcomes so far. I will have to install it at the meditation center and check it again.

Other time, I did house chores - sweeping and mobbing floors, washing and cleaning bathrooms, washing cloths, etc. And in the evening I prepared audio files for coming assignment tasks. This week, I need to learn three chapters on leadership, organizational power and politics, and conflict and Negotiations.

In these hectic days, I began to accept the concept that switching tasks is the way of resting. Here, I don't mean multitasking . We don't have much time on complaining nor resting. In the morning, I meditated for 30 minutes with a timer and it really helps me to be able to be aware on the present moment and boost peace of mind. And now, I don't much crave on unnecessary social meeting time with friends at teashop. I found it to be some waste of time and unproductive

Those are some of my activities for today. My Actifit count for today is 1920.
