My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2024

Daily activities - Helping the IDP, do housework

Dear friends,

Today, we went to help the IDP from northern Shan State with some bed cloths, blankets, cooking oil and curries. We intend to donate some rice later.

Now, there are clashes in northern Shan State between the military and the northern allies. There are a lot of IDP in my town and more are still coming .. still along the road, many are blocked on the way.
And in the afternoon, I prepared 3'x3' weed mats for the avocado plants that I am going to plant in this weekend. I think the size should be enough because there are not many weeds in my land plot. However, I hope they can keep the soils moisture around the base of the plant. I intend to cover the mats with soil because I don't want the colour of the mat absorb the heat from the sun.

And in the evening, I cut some grass behind my house using the grass cutter. I used plastic string instead of steel blade because there were many stones and obstacles that the blade could hit. I still need to continue cutting tomorrow.

And late in the evening, there was an online course, in which I was taught and discussed about macroeconomics. It is a broad topic but the teacher gave us a condensed explanation on it and it is really interesting.

And these are some of the activities for today.
