Visiting Shwe Pone Pwint pagoda, paying homage to elderly people

Dear Friends,

Yesterday, we went to visit Shwe Pone Pwint pagoda, which was located on the mountain on the east of our Town. It has a nice view of our town and the view below our town. We were treated with lunch there. And we attended the monastery near below the pagoda.

Then, we went to visit elederly relatives to pay homage to them. By paying homage, the sins that incurred to them can be eliminated. It is our tradition to give respectful homage to elderly relatives during Thingyan festival and Thadingyute festival, which is in October.

And in the evening, I went out to throw garbage and went to the park walked around the lake for about half a mile distance. I returned home because it was getting dark.

Those are some of the activities for yesterday.
