Testing my dehydrator, dinner with relatives

Dear Friends,

Today, I continued working on my dehydrator and was able to run and test the modified design. What I had modified were

• I changed the place of the heat sources to one side.
• I changed the air flow from vertical to horizontal type.
  So the heat was forwarded upwards and directed towards the trays.
  What I still need to improve are
• I need to make sure fresh air get inside and moist air sucked out well. I think the size of the air inlet and outlet should be proportional to the size of the dehydrator.
  Although I still needed to improve it, I tested with the strawberry puree that I had cooked and now it is still in the process.

And in the evening, my had dinner with my relatives and cousins, who came to visit Taunggyi for the first time.

Those are some of the activities for today.
