Building water level sensor

Dear Friends,

Yesterday, I was building a casing for ultrasonic sensor, which I intended to use to measure water level for the tank. I intended to use it for the meditation center, where the water tank is away at the corner of the compound. By using it, one will be able to see the water level from a remote place using a phone or from an IOT LED display. Checking the water level can be tiring for the worker and sometimes water shortage occurred because he didn't know the tank ran out of water and could not timely run the submersible pump.

Although I tried to make a casing for the sensor by 3D printing, it was not alright because my printer was not ok with printing PLA filament. The filament didn't stick well to the bed and I still need to figure out to solve it.

So, I just bought a 4x4 inches casing for the sensor and the microcontroller. I used ESP32 and I intended to send the data to the cloud so that not only the worker but also some other trustess can know the water level.

And I was still working with configuring the firmware and I found that the ultrasonic sensor was quite sensitive; I could not let the sensor touch the casing box, otherwise it gave me some unstable distance reading.

Those are some of the activities for yesterday.
