My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2025

volunteering at the meditation center, building website, attending NLP class

Dear Friends,

Today is the day -2 of the next 10 day meditation session at the meditation center. So, I went there to do required tasks so that the next session went on smoothly. First, I installed timer to the water heater, then, replace water basin tab, installed light bulbs to the newly built yogi rooms.

There are still some issues to be fixed like a door of the newly built yogi room is tight, there is squeaking sound when opening the meditation hall door, to install plastic bed sheets of newly built yogi rooms, etc.

In the afternoon, I continued building my website and it is almost finished now.

And in the evening, I attended NLP class. Today, I learnt about 'conditional close', 'evidence frame', 'contrast frame', 'chunking up & down and sideway'. I understand them but I still need to digest more by further reading, I think.

Those are some of the activities for today.
