My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2025

Day -1 at the meditation center, meditation

Dear Friends,

Today, it was raining since morning. And I found some occasional mist around when the rain stopped but it rained again after that. I spent the whole morning at home. I helped my mom prepare lunch and after lunch, I went to the meditation center to help cut bed sheets for the newly built yogi rooms. Today is day -1 of the ten days meditation session, which will start the day after tomorrow. Tomorrow, on the Day 0, yogis will arrive for registration and for ten days stay for the meditation session. It took me the whole afternoon volunteering at the meditation center and I arrived back home at around 5:00 PM. The following are some of the photos taken at the meditation center and our activity photos.

And in the evening, I meditated for about half an hour.

Those are some of the activities for today.
