My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2025

Dear Friends,

Yesterday morning, I walked on the road in front of my house. I walked until I got myself warm with some sweat. It was about 0.72km distance according to my watch. I wanted to go to the park but it was late so I decided to do in front of my house. We should do physical exercises when we woke up so that the brain received some good blood flow. The activity could boost the whole day activities and improve memory. That's what I have learnt from the book called "Ikigai".

Yesterday, it was raining and I could get out for some shopping only in the afternoon. And I happened to prepare some snack for the evening with the recipe from online. It was simple to prepare the dough; I used yogart, an egg, some salt and baking power to mix with the wheat. The snack was delicious.

In late evening, I attended NLP class. Yesterday, I learnt 'modality' . I think I still need to learn it again to fully understand. After that, I continued to build my website; I was just trying to install a photo slide and it took me over midnight.

Those are some of the activities for today.
