My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2025

Dear Friends,

In this morning, I walked in front of my house as a warm-up exercise. I got warm after 0.7 km walk on the slope. If it would have been an even ground, I wouldn't get warm up that quick I think. Later, I prefer to do physical exercises in the morning for good blood circulation, that can make me active for the rest of the day.

Then, in the afternoon, I gave a lift for my friend who prepared dough for tomorrow breakfast for the yogis at the meditation center. I also helped him do the dough; tomorrow breakfast will be Puri (also poori), which is originated from India, I think.

Then, in the evening, I meditated for about half an hour. It was some samatha and some vipassana meditation. Samatha meditation is for boosting concentration and vipassana meditation is for observing the nature (mind and physical) without judging or reacting to it.

Those are some of the activities for today.
