My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2025
working on my food stirrer, throwing garbage, evening walk
Dear Friends,
Today, I worked on my stirring machine. I have installed the wooden plank to the stirrer rod. Tomorrow, I will build the stand for the motor and the pot.
In the evening, I collected all the home garbage and took them to discard at the municipial designated spot.
After that I went to the park to walk there for 1.31 km distance. Then, it started raining and I went back home.
At night, I meditated for one hour. I have been missing regular meditation because there were online classes in the pas two weeks. Now, the class is over and I have time for meditation.
Those are some of the activities for today.
